This 3,200-acre, $10 billion mixed-use master-planned community by Hillwood (a Perot company) sits at the northwest corner of Interstate 35W and Robson Ranch Road. Model homes are expected to open in spring 2026. National builders set to build in LANDMARK include Highland Homes, Toll Brothers, Coventry Homes, Drees Homes, American Legend Homes, M/I Homes, David Weekley Homes, and Tri Pointe Homes.
